Indesit Company leads the market in the UK, where it designs, produces and distributes millions of appliances and provides service to over three million new customers every year. The Company has also consolidated its leadership in terms of service, with a network of technical assistance centres covering the whole country. A veritable “Consumer Portal”, this service network enables Indesit to be close to customers and understand their needs. It’s run from a single office in Peterborough comprising a Contact Centre, a spare parts warehouse and a team of qualified engineers guaranteeing after-sales service for a platform of over 24 million products.
